About This Work

ART GOES TO WAR. Translucent print with Stars & Stripes. Fine Art Print

American flag

Flag hanging vertically, Jasper Johns style. While it features the traditional design elements of the United States flag—including the blue canton with white stars and alternating red and white stripes—it has a unique, stylized appearance. The white stripes are depicted with grey/silver tones to create shadow and dimension, and the fly end of the flag is shown as heavily tattered and torn, waving against a solid blue background. The Flag is viewed through "ART GOES TO WAR" logo
